Duties and responsibilities:
- CRM entry includes sales, purchases, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statements, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements.
- Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments.
- Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
- Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
- Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax.
- Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession Tax, GST, etc.,
- Preparing Bio-Metric Timesheet every day and sending it to the Head of Accounts and Group General Manager.
- Prepare 'Payroll' at the end of the month for all employees and submit the same to the Manager after the verification from Group General Manager.
- Assist the Manager in distributing the Salaries to the employees.
- Visiting the Banks and do the needful required for the company, as the work demands.
- Should be willing to do any other office work as assigned by the Manager and Group General Manager, internally or externally.
- Should have 2 wheeler of his/Her own.
Personal profile:
- Minimum Qualification: M.COM/ MBA/ CA
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) is a must and experience in using CRM is highly preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.
- Proactive and well organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
