The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, guiding, and motivating the sales team to achieve admission and revenue targets. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing training and support, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve productivity.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and customer inquiries.
- Track admissions, conversions, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and team accountability.
- Resolve customer and team-related issues professionally.
