Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive who can generate leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Promote domestic and international holiday packages.
- Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential clients and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Stay updated with travel destinations, packages, and promotional offers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Travel, Tourism, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel sales is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
