Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create content calendars for multiple brands and campaigns.
- Plan awareness, engagement, and lead generation campaigns.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities.
Content Management
- Publish and schedule posts, reels, stories, and videos across social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for creative execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Community Management
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer queries.
- Engage with followers to improve community growth and brand loyalty.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
Paid Campaign Coordination
- Assist in planning and monitoring Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign creatives and ad copy with the design team.
- Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, followers, website traffic, and leads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and platform insights.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create content strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and video content planning.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
