Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Candidates with experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry will be preferred. The role involves inspecting products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of sheet metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Identify, document, and report quality defects and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Support Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and company quality procedures.
- Monitor product quality to ensure customer requirements are consistently met.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
