Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to promote RoomKhata Hotel Management Software to hotels, resorts, guest houses, and hospitality businesses. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining software features, scheduling product demos, and generating sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to hotels and hospitality businesses.
Introduce RoomKhata PMS and explain its benefits.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Schedule online product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain lead records in CRM or Excel.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Ability to learn software products quickly.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of hospitality software is a plus.
Eligibility
Post Graduate / Graduate.
Freshers may also apply.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
