Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, customer inquiries, follow-ups, and client coordination.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in Voice Process, BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Telesales, or Inside Sales are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain company services and respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/counselling team.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
- Maintain professionalism and high call quality standards.
Qualifications
- Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Voice Process, BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Care, Call Center, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
