Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a key part of our HR team. In this role, you will play a vital role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring exceptional talent that drives our organization forward. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Your role in our success:
1.Recruitment Process Management:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to candidate on boarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions.
Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
2.Sourcing and Talent Pipelines:
Use various channels (job boards, social media, and referrals, networking events to source qualified candidates.)
Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and streamline the hiring process.
3.Candidate Experience:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively and ensuring transparency throughout the hiring process.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a professional and efficient process.
Deliver timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
4.Employer Branding:
Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice, including creating engaging job ads and social media content.
Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
5.Reporting and Metrics:
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
Prepare and present reports to HR leadership to identify trends and areas for improvement.
What makes you a great fit for this role:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5 years and above of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Critical skills required for this role:
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Analytical mind-set to track and optimize recruitment metrics.
Experience of working on MS Office
