Job Description: Tele Sales Executive - Solar EPC

Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives who can actively generate leads, connect with potential customers, and contribute to business growth through effective telephonic sales and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, online research, social media, and other lead generation activities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services
- Identify customer requirements and convert prospects into qualified leads
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and nurture relationships
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations when required
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM/software
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Provide customers with relevant product/service information and address basic queries
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Experience in Tele Sales, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation preferred
- Confidence in cold calling and handling customer objections
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
