We are looking for an organized and responsible Administration Assistant to support daily office operations and coordination activities. Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office administration work Maintain documents, records, files and office data Prepare and manage quotations, invoices and basic reports Coordinate with internal team, vendors and clients for routine communication Support tender/proposal documentation work (as required) Manage emails, calls and follow-ups Maintain office supplies and purchase coordination Assist HR related basic activities (attendance, joining documents etc.) Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication Requirements: Graduate (Any stream) 0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply) Good communication and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge Responsible and willing to learn Preferred: Experience in tender documentation, sales support or engineering company will be an advantage.
