About the Role
looking for enthusiastic professionals to onboard vendors, acquire
corporate clients, generate event inquiries, and build long-term business relationships. The role
combines sales, partnerships, lead generation, customer engagement, and business development.
Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify and onboard venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, videographers, artists, florists,
return gift providers, rental vendors, DJs, sound & light providers, makeup artists, event planners,
and other service partners. Explain platform benefits, collect profiles, portfolios, pricing details, and
maintain vendor relationships.
Corporate Client Acquisition
Connect with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, Facility, and Operations teams. Introduce
corporate event solutions, employee engagement activities, gifting programs, festive celebrations,
conferences, and business events. Schedule meetings and support proposal discussions.
Event Lead Generation
Generate inquiries for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, housewarming events, corporate
celebrations, annual days, family days, product launches, and conferences. Understand customer
requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, professional telephone etiquette, basic
computer skills, CRM knowledge, and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Languages
English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
