Required Qualification: MBA or Post graduation in any stream
1. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage Program Managers (PMs) and EMEs across the region
- Conduct monthly regional reviews and periodic performance feedback
- Support recruitment, training compliance, and R&R nominations
2. Strategic Planning & Operations
- Develop district-wise strategies to maximize emergency response coverage
- Identify and relocate "hot spots" to reduce response times, backed by data
- Optimize key metrics: Trips, Response Time, UAD, SNR, Vehicle Busy, Fuel Efficiency, Ambulance Uptime
3. Financial & Fleet Management
- Own regional finances, including OT sanctioning and cost control (fuel, maintenance, communication, travel)
- Ensure lowest Cost-Per-KM and highest ambulance uptime
- Source and manage vendors (vehicle maintenance, oxygen, diesel)
4. Stakeholder & Government Relations
- Liaise with government authorities, hospitals, and local partners
- Represent the region in business reviews and stakeholder meetings
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Submit periodic PM-wise performance and visit reports to Analytics/Finance
- Share Action Taken Reports on compliance and contractual measures
- Ensure preventive/corrective actions on quality issues; drive process compliance across districts
6. Community & Media Engagement
- Organize beneficiary meets, IEC/awareness activities, and demonstrations
- Handle media interaction and major caller concerns/closures
7. Other
- Comply with additional instructions from senior management as needed
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
