We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project/Account Coordinator Intern (Remote) to support client servicing and project management at our creative agency, Clyo Creative. You'll work closely with our founders, design team, and video/marketing partners, gaining hands-on experience in client communication and cross-functional project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on branding, website, design, and social media projects
- Coordinate with our design team and video/editing partners to keep deliverables on schedule
- Track project timelines and milestones, and maintain accurate status updates
- Do a first-pass review of work before it goes out to clients
- Maintain records of client feedback and project documentation
- Address basic client queries and flag anything that needs founder input
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup
- Interest in marketing, branding, or design is a plus
