Job Description
Star Properties & Realty is looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller to join our Digital Marketing Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, handling inquiries, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain property details and services to clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Schedule site visits and appointments.
- Answer customer queries professionally.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
