Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and confident UGC Content Creator to produce authentic, engaging, and high-converting short-form videos and social media content for our brand. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera, creating relatable content, and delivering videos that build trust and increase customer engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging UGC-style videos for products and services.
- Record videos including product demonstrations, testimonials, unboxings, tutorials, reviews, and lifestyle content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and hooks for short-form videos.
- Shoot high-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Edit videos by adding captions, transitions, music, and branding elements.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives.
- Produce content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and other short-video platforms.
- Deliver content within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Organize and maintain a library of content assets.
Required Skills
- Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking.
- Smartphone videography and basic lighting knowledge.
- Video editing using CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Basic copywriting and scriptwriting skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Experience creating UGC or influencer content is an advantage.
- Portfolio of published videos or social media content preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
