Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Knowledge of sales pipelines and consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
