PART TIME / FREELANCE ELECTRICIAN REQUIRED
For Residential Housing Society
A well-maintained residential housing society consisting of about 100 flats is looking for an experienced Part Time / Freelance Electrician to manage and attend electrical works in common areas and society premises.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of common area electrical systems
- Attending electrical complaints, faults and breakdowns
- Maintenance of lights, wiring, panels, switches, pumps and common utilities
- Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems
- Coordinating with society office and maintenance staff for smooth functioning
- Availability on call for emergency electrical repairs when required
Additional Earning Opportunity:
The selected electrician may also undertake electrical work for individual flat owners/residents on project or job-work basis. Payment for such private works will be directly paid by the respective resident/job provider separately.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experienced in residential building electrical maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical safety and troubleshooting
- Honest, responsible and quick response attitude
- Local candidates preferred
