Role: Software Test Engineer
Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements and prepare test scenarios and detailed test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and system-level testing.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for repetitive test cases
- Execute automation suites and analyze test results
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA
- Work closely with developers and product teams during sprint cycles
- Participate in test planning and daily stand-ups
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle
- Hands-on experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications
- Basic experience in test automation using Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
- Have strong knowledge in Java or Javascript or Python.
- Familiarity with TestNG / JUnit / PyTest
- Basic understanding of API testing using Postman
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with active participation in sprint ceremonies
Good to Have
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins
