We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Incharge for our manufacturing unit.
Job Role:
- Handle daily production activities
- Manage manpower and machine operations
- Ensure production targets and quality standards
- Coordinate with purchase/store/dispatch departments
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity
- Maintain production reports and discipline on shop floor
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledge of production planning and machine handling
- Leadership and worker handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Diploma / ITI / Degree candidates can apply based on experience
