Job Title: Admin Executive About the Role (Overview) XYXX is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Admin Executive to join our team to oversee administrative operations at our Apparel Manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing factory admin functions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by overseeing and supporting the admin & HR team and managing essential office activities. You will also coordinate with vendors and assist in various functions, including events. How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities) Team Support & Coordination: - Manage the administrative team and functions. - Assign tasks and ensure smooth completion of day-to-day admin / IT operations. Vendor Management: - Coordinate with vendors for supplies, food, cleanliness, and repairs. - Handle communication with the IT vendor for troubleshooting basic office IT issues (e.g., Wi-Fi outages, device setup). Payments & Invoices: - Assist with processing and coordinating signatures for invoices. - Manage petty cash and ensure timely payment of minor expenses. Event & Function Coordination: - Provide logistical support for events and activities. - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution. Inventory Management: - Keep track of all inventory coming into the factory, including supplies and brand products. - Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment when needed.

What You Bring To The Team (Experience & Education)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace tools.
Proactive and willing to take initiative.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
