Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Staff Nurse to join our growing medical team. In this role, you will deliver direct, high-quality patient care, monitor health status, and execute treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and specialists. The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking skills, handles high-stress environments calmly, and maintains a patient-centered approach to care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Evaluate, monitor, and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and treatments while monitoring side effects.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to create and implement individualized patient recovery plans.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform routine procedures including wound dressing, IV cannulation, and specimen collection.
- Emergency Response: Respond quickly to emergency medical situations, initiating life-saving protocols and equipment operation when necessary.
- Patient & Family Education: Instruct patients and their families regarding medical conditions, preventative care, and post-discharge instructions.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous, confidential electronic health records (EHR) according to hospital policies and legal regulations.
- Infection Control: Adhere strictly to sanitary guidelines, hospital protocols, and medical waste disposal standards.
- Shift Handover: Conduct thorough, accurate verbal and written shift reports to guarantee seamless continuity of patient care.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
