- Job Summary
- The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability performance security and reliability of LAN WAN and wireless networks that support business operations
- The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills hands on experience with Cisco networking technologies and a passion for maintaining stable and secure IT environments
- Key Responsibilities
- Administer monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers switches wireless networks and related network services
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues across the corporate environment
- Support LAN WAN WLAN and internet connectivity services to ensure business continuity
- Implement and maintain routing and switching configurations in accordance with organizational standards
- Monitor network performance identify bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvements
- Investigate and resolve network incidents outages and service degradation within defined SLAs
- Perform network upgrades firmware updates patching and configuration backups
- Collaborate with internal IT teams including Service Desk Systems Administration Security and Cloud Infrastructure teams
- Participate in infrastructure projects network expansion activities and technology refresh programs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies security standards and audit requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Electronics Communication or a related discipline
- 3 years of experience in network administration network operations or network engineering
- Hands on experience with Cisco routers and switches

- Certification CCNA Preferred Good to Have
