A good Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute/University with 10 to 12 years’ experience in Proposal department of Cold Rolling Mills of any reputed Mill builders.
Requirement of additional design skills:
– Preparation of Proposals including layouts for different types of Cold Rolling Mills.
– Knowledge of Pass schedule calculations shall be an added advantage
– Should be equipped with knowledge of proposal calculations for Mill capacity, selection of Mill parameters including Mill power, rolling force, tensions, etc
– Equipment sizing and selections for the proposed Mill
