Shetron Limited is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) to join our manufacturing plant at Bommasandra. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.
- Monitor machine performance and support smooth production operations.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain production records, checklists, and daily reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and 5S practices.
- Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and stores teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Learn and comply with company policies and manufacturing best practices.
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial machinery.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
