Incubation Manager:
- Develop incubation frameworks, including curriculum, mentorship structures, and startup milestone tracking.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with investors, government agencies, academic institutions, and corporate sponsors.
- Oversee day-to-day administration, from organizing selection bootcamps to managing compliance, legal paperwork, and funding reports.
- Education: Typically requires a Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (PhD for specialized tech/science incubators).
- Experience: 5 to 7+ years of proven experience in incubation management, startup ecosystem development, or venture acceleration.
Incubation Associate:
- Organize and execute events, workshops, hackathons, and bootcamp training sessions.
- Track startup progress, maintain accurate program databases, and assist in reporting to government agencies or funding.
- Handling Social Media/outreach, and supporting innovators with their basic operational needs.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Engineering, or a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: 0-2 years of prior exposure to startup ecosystems, Entrepreneurship Cells (E-Cells), or innovation hubs is highly valued.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
