Channel Partner Development & Management ✔ Identify, onboard, and manage a robust network of channel partners, resellers, and distributors across assigned regions✔ Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and new channel partners to drive sustained revenue growth✔ Set and monitor partner targets, revenue quotas, and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis✔ Conduct regular partner reviews, business planning sessions, and co-selling activities Tally Integration & Product Expertise ✔ Leverage deep Tally knowledge to position Eazy’s Tally-integrated ERP solutions effectively in the market✔ Train and enable channel partners on Tally-integrated workflows, product features, and solution benefits✔ Serve as a subject-matter expert for Tally + ERP integration queries from partners and customers✔ Stay updated on Tally product updates, new versions, and integration enhancements Sales Enablement & Lead Generation ✔ Drive lead generation through channel partners by providing marketing collateral, demos, and sales tools✔ Conduct joint sales calls, presentations, and software demonstrations with and through partners✔ Maintain a healthy partner-driven pipeline with accurate revenue forecasts✔ Coordinate with the internal sales team to manage partner-sourced deals from lead to closure Partner Enablement & Training ✔ Organize and deliver regular training programs, product workshops, and certification sessions for channel partners✔ Ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools to independently pitch, demo, and close deals✔ Create and distribute sales playbooks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence to the partner network Market Expansion & Territory Management ✔ Identify new geographies, verticals, and market segments to expand the channel ecosystem✔ Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners for new territory penetration✔ Monitor competitor channel strategies and recommend counter-measures to retain partner loyalty Reporting & Analytics ✔ Track and report all channel sales activities, partner performance, and pipeline health on a regular basis✔ Prepare MIS reports, channel performance dashboards, and business review presentations✔ Collaborate with product, marketing, and implementation teams for seamless partner-driven deal execution Skills & Competencies Required Skills - Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Tally (TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9) – deeply familiar with its features, workflows, and integration capabilities - Mandatory: Proven experience managing channel partners, resellers, or distribution networks - Strong ability to build and nurture partner relationships and drive indirect sales - Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner engagement skills - Ability to manage multiple partners and geographies simultaneously - Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and high ownership - Willingness to travel for partner meetings, field visits, and industry events
