What You'll Do
As a D365 F&O Functional Consultant at LevelShift, you will:
Understand customer requirements, business processes, technical challenges, and transformation objectives.
Design, configure, document, demonstrate, and support D365 Finance and SCM solutions based on client needs.
Prepare functional documentation, training materials, process documents, and user guides, and review technical documentation for alignment.
Support implementation, testing, UAT, issue resolution, production support, post-go-live activities, and solution handover.
Conduct demos, workshops, functional advisory sessions, end-user training, and adoption support.
Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, technical consultants, and business users to ensure smooth delivery and customer alignment.
Support pre-sales through proposal inputs, demos, solution inputs, effort estimation support, and customer discussions.
Provide daily status reports covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Mentor junior resources, support knowledge sharing, and assist the Project Manager with interviews, recruitment, and organizational initiatives.
Contribute to formal trainings, certifications, blogs, whitepapers, continuous learning, and skill enhancement.
Recommend tools, automation opportunities, and process improvements to improve project and team efficiency.
Follow information security policies, report security events or weaknesses, and participate in BCP and fire drill exercises as applicable.

Apply AI-assisted tools for requirement analysis, functional/configuration documentation, test cases, training content, status reports, proposal inputs, issue analysis, solution recommendations, and presentations.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Power Platform AI, Agents, Azure AI Services, and cloud-based AI tools to improve business processes, customer outcomes, and consulting productivity.
Your Skillset
Strong experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in D365 Finance and SCM implementation, configuration, documentation, training, UAT, production support, and post-go-live support.
Functional knowledge of D365 Finance modules, SCM capabilities, finance and supply chain processes, workflows, integrations, enterprise applications, and Microsoft business application ecosystems.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions and align functional design with technical delivery.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution validation, testing, user training, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and customer-facing workshops or demos.
Ability to prepare functional documentation, review technical documentation, support pre-sales, and contribute to proposals, demos, solution inputs, and effort estimation.
Exposure to Microsoft cloud platforms, Copilot, Agents, Power Platform AI, AI-assisted productivity tools, automation, and emerging enterprise technologies is desirable.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, negotiation, risk identification, and dependency management skills.
Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to recruitment, interviews, trainings, certifications, blogs, whitepapers, process improvement, information security, compliance, responsible AI adoption, and operational excellence.
