Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician with hands-on experience in E-SIM soldering and electronic component soldering. The candidate will be responsible for precision soldering, assembly, inspection, and testing of electronic components and PCBs as part of the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform E-SIM soldering and precision soldering on PCBs and electronic assemblies.
- Carry out soldering and rework of small electronic components.
- Assemble electronic components according to production requirements.
- Inspect solder joints and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
- Identify and rectify soldering defects and assembly issues.
- Use soldering stations, multimeters, and other basic electronic tools.
- Follow production procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Support PCB assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and rework activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
- Achieve daily production and quality targets.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in E-SIM soldering is mandatory.
- Experience in PCB soldering and electronic component assembly.
- Good knowledge of soldering techniques and electronic components.
- Ability to handle small and sensitive electronic components with precision.
- Experience with soldering stations and basic electronic testing tools.
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
