Job Summary
We are looking for a Facade Helper to assist the facade installation team in carrying out site activities safely and efficiently. The candidate will support the installation, handling, shifting and fixing of facade materials and ensure that materials and tools are available at the work location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist facade technicians and installers in installation and fixing of facade materials.
- Support in handling and shifting Aluminium, ACP, glass, steel and other facade materials at site.
- Load, unload and safely move materials, tools and equipment.
- Assist in measuring, cutting, drilling, fastening and other basic site activities under supervision.
- Keep the work area, materials and tools clean and organized.
- Assist in scaffolding, ladder and other access arrangements as instructed.
- Follow instructions given by the Site Supervisor / Facade Foreman.
- Ensure proper handling of facade materials to avoid damage and wastage.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and site rules.
- Assist the team in completing assigned work within the required time.
- Report any material damage, unsafe condition or site issue to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facade, aluminium, ACP, glazing, cladding or construction work will be an advantage.
- Freshers may also be considered for helper-level positions.
- Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites and at height where required.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work at different project locations / outstation sites.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
