Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute a diverse menu of Asian fusion dishes with a focus on:
- Momos (Nepali/Tibetan dumplings)
- Dim Sum (Chinese-style bite-sized dishes)
- Sushi (Japanese traditional & fusion)
- Bao (steamed buns with innovative fillings)
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
- Collaborate on seasonal menu development and kitchen innovation
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations
- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers
