Job Summary
Kankriya Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a proactive and technically competent Maintenance Executive to oversee the maintenance of plant machinery, electrical systems, utilities, and factory infrastructure. The ideal candidate should ensure maximum equipment uptime through effective preventive and breakdown maintenance while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor and maintain compressors, DG sets, pumps, motors, electrical panels, air lines, and other utilities.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, electrical systems, and factory infrastructure.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with external vendors for servicing, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history.
- Ensure adequate inventory of maintenance spares and consumables.
- Support installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge of Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Panels, Motors, PLCs, VFDs, and Industrial Wiring will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in factory, warehouse, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
Skills Required
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of industrial utilities and equipment.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, VFDs, and pneumatic systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
