Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to manage and supervise overall plant security operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling security staff, monitoring plant safety activities, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth security management within the premises.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day security operations within the plant.
- Manage and monitor security guards and shift duties.
- Ensure proper entry and exit checking of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing material movement.
- Maintain gate pass records and visitor registers.
- Ensure proper security coverage during all shifts.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity.
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate with management.
- Maintain discipline and security compliance inside plant premises.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
- Conduct regular rounds within plant premises for safety monitoring.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding security-related matters.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of plant/factory security operations
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Good observation and monitoring ability
- Basic reporting and documentation knowledge
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Iron & Steel / Manufacturing Industry preferred
- Experience in plant or factory security supervision
- Retired defense/security personnel can also apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
