About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Developer with 1–2 years of experience in designing and developing modern, user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of UI/UX design skills and front-end development expertise, with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate design, development, prototyping, and problem-solving.
The candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to create intuitive user experiences and responsive interfaces while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
- Convert wireframes, mockups, and design concepts into high-quality front-end implementations.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Maintain and enhance design systems and reusable UI components.
- Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
- Utilize AI tools to support UI design, coding, debugging, documentation, and rapid prototyping.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, design trends, and AI-assisted development workflows.
Required Skills & QualificationsUI/UX Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and prototypes.
- Proficiency with design tools such as:
- Figma
- Adobe XD (preferred)
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design.
Front-End Development Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3 / SCSS
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Responsive Web Design
- React
- Next.js (preferred)
- Git
Candidates should have practical experience using AI tools to enhance design and development workflows, including:
- Claude
- ChatGPT
- GitHub Copilot
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
