Job Summary:
A Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's operations by handling administrative, data management, documentation, and coordination tasks. They ensure smooth business processes by maintaining records, processing information, and assisting different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain company records and databases.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Handle data verification and ensure accuracy of information.
- Manage filing systems and document storage.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
- Monitor emails and respond to routine correspondence.
- Assist in preparing presentations and business reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Support management with administrative and clerical tasks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
