Job Summary:
RIG Group of Institute is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Professor for the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting the academic growth of the department.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or M.Tech./M.E. in Computer Science/Information Technology or an equivalent qualification as per applicable regulatory norms.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. qualification preffered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate BCA course in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
- Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports on time.
- Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings, seminars, workshops, and departmental activities.
- Encourage student participation in technical events.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into teaching.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or related technologies.
- Understanding of Database Management Systems, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, Web Technologies, and related subjects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching platforms.
- Strong mentoring, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
