Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain and update financial records for Plywood & Louvers & Panels sections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports on sales, purchases, and stock movement.
- Record supplier invoices, payments, and customer receipts in accounting software.
- Ensure proper GST and tax compliance for all transactions.
2. Purchase & Sales Accounting
- Keep track of raw material and finished product purchases, ensuring accurate rates and quantities.
- Maintain records of customer sales, quotations, and pricing approvals.
- Reconcile purchase orders (POs) and invoices from suppliers.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Monitor outstanding payments from customers and follow up for timely collection.
- Process supplier/vendor payments and maintain credit/debit notes.
- Reconcile bank statements with ledger accounts.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
- Maintain stock records for Plywoods,Louvers, Panels, and ACP Sheets.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing and stock valuation.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to verify inventory levels.
5. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in audits and financial statement preparations.
Requirements:
✅ Education: B.Com / M.Com
✅ Experience: 4-5 years in accounting (preferably in building materials,Plywood, or related industries).
✅ Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Excellent Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
