1. SAP Stock Management
- Perform daily stock transactions in SAP (Goods Receipt, Issue, Transfer, Return).
- Maintain accurate stock levels in SAP against physical inventory.
- Handle batch management, serial number tracking, and barcode entries in SAP.
- Generate stock movement reports and transaction logs.
- Monitor stock for slow-moving, expired, and non-moving items.
2. Goods Receipt and Issue
- Record goods received against PO (Purchase Orders) and verify quantities, condition, and documents.
- Issue materials to departments/stores as per SAP-generated pick lists or requisitions.
- Manage inter-warehouse and intra-branch stock transfers using proper SAP procedures.
3. Reconciliation and Audits
- Conduct regular stock reconciliation (physical vs SAP).
- Support internal and external stock audits by providing data and documentation.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all stock movements.
- Prepare stock reports (e.g., stock ageing, stock value, consumption reports).
- Report stock variance and escalate critical issues to management.
5. Compliance and SOPs
- Ensure all transactions comply with company SOPs and audit requirements.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in stock storage and handling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- SAP: 2 years (Preferred)
- Stock Admin: 4 years (Preferred)
