Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing engaging creatives as well as shooting and editing high-quality property videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design social media creatives for property promotions
- Edit reels, walkthrough videos, and promotional ads
- Create brochures, banners, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign creatives
- Shoot property videos independently
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills
- Ability to handle end-to-end video production
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must have their own camera for video shoots
- Basic understanding of real estate marketing is preferred
Salary: As per industry standards
