We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, and AI-powered design tools. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple projects, understanding brand requirements, and delivering high-quality creative designs within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, banners, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
* Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts according to brand guidelines.
* Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging visual content.
* Design logos, brand identity materials, and promotional creatives.
* Edit and enhance images, videos, and digital assets when required.
* Use AI tools for design enhancement, content generation, image creation, and creative workflow optimization.
* Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and industry standards.
* Prepare final design files for digital and print production.
* Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements and feedback.
* Ensure all creatives are delivered in high quality and according to company standards.
Required Skills:
* Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
* Knowledge of AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
* Excellent creativity, typography, color sense, and layout skills.
* Understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Good time management and project handling abilities.
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 Years of experience is required
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts based on Australian Business hours.
