Want to lead online activation from the front? As an Associate Digital Media Manager at Reckitt, you will have the freedom to develop the media strategy for our market-leading brands.
As an Associate Digital Media Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the team in developing and executing digital media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with senior members of the team to optimise campaigns, analyse data and contribute to the overall success of our digital media initiatives.
We’re looking for hands‑on candidates who can plan, build, launch, optimise, and report on digital campaigns end‑to‑end across Ecomm platforms, namely Citrus & Criteo. This is an activation‑heavy role but will require planning too. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines, owning day‑to‑day delivery, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and partners.
The Team
This role sits within Reckitt In-House Media team ‘Applied Media Science’. This team is responsible for the media planning & activation of digital media globally. We currently look after 7 markets and are quickly growing; this role will focus on the UK. We work closely with both external partners such as our agencies and internal teams to ensure we are following Reckitt best practice, sharing learnings and driving our growth.
Experience & Capability
-
2+ years hands‑on experience in digital media activation (agency or in‑house).

Direct experience building and managing campaigns end‑to‑end, not just supporting. Ideally also from a planning perspective i.e. tactics, keyword research, audiences etc; not just executing.

Experience running e-commerce campaigns, and familiar with bid management techniques, keyword match types, SKU/ASIN strategy & ROAS optimisation.

Confident with: campaign structures, naming conventions, trafficking, budgets, flighting, targeting, in platform set-up.

Able to launch campaigns independently with minimal supervision.
Reporting & Analysis

Comfortable with in‑flight optimisation based on performance.

Experience producing performance reports with clear commentary (not just numbers; insights and recommended actions).

Strong organisation and prioritisation skills - able to manage multiple campaigns / brands at once.

Proactive at flagging risks, delays, or issues early.

Clear communicator who is comfortable updating stakeholders on performance, timelines, issues & solutions.
What we looking for:

Passion for all things digital media and have prior experience planning & buying paid media campaigns.

Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing stakeholder and supplier relationships.

A desire to grow your knowledge of digital marketing platforms and champion being a subject matter expert.

Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on deliverables. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver.

Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key. You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc).
