Sit at builder site and handle walk-in & referred customers
Generate and manage home loan leads from builder projects
Explain home loan products, ROI, eligibility, and documentation to customers
Collect, check, and process complete loan files to banks/NBFCs
Coordinate with bank credit, legal, and operations teams for approvals
Follow up till sanction and disbursement
Maintain daily login, disbursement MIS
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
