Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in Software/SaaS Sales to drive customer acquisition and platform adoption. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to closing deals and customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls and online meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Visit clients for meetings, presentations, and negotiations when required.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Experience selling CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, software products, or technology solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹5 LPA
- 10% Incentive on revenue once monthly revenue exceeds ₹2.5 Lakhs
