We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Maruti Suzuki dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a valid 4-wheeler driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki vehicle models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate sales leads through showroom visits, referrals, field activities, and digital channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to facilitate vehicle purchases.
- Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and delivery-related paperwork.
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirement
- Valid LMV (4-Wheeler) Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
