Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback effectively
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth guest experience
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in reservations, guest check-ins, and coordination when required
- Build strong relationships with guests and ensure repeat visits
- Maintain grooming and hospitality standards at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and well-groomed personality
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
