We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer who is passionate about crafting fast, intuitive, and elegant user experiences that scale across global hiring and assessment workflows.
In this role, you’ll build mission-critical interfaces, lead front-end initiatives, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver experiences that feel effortless for millions of users.
You’ll own complex UI architectures, elevate development standards, and mentor the next generation of front-end engineers at Talview.

Lead front-end development initiatives Guide junior engineers, drive execution, and own UI quality

Architect and build complex interfaces Create scalable, high-performance, accessible front-end applications

Collaborate deeply Work closely with UX/UI, Product, and Backend teams to shape seamless flows

Ensure world-class performance Optimize rendering, responsiveness, accessibility, and load times

Adopt modern technologies Evaluate new frameworks, tools, and patterns that improve developer experience

Maintain code quality Conduct reviews, implement best practices, and contribute to coding standards

Champion accessibility Ensure compliance with WCAG, ARIA, and inclusive design guidelines

Debug and resolve complex issues Diagnose performance bottlenecks and tricky UI defects

Improve workflows Strengthen CI/CD, testing pipelines, and engineering rituals

Maintain brand consistency Ensure UI aligns with visual design guidelines across products

4–6 years of hands-on experience building modern front-end applications
-
Expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge

Deep experience with React, React Hooks, Jest, and React Testing Library
-
Strong understanding of accessibility standards (ARIA, WCAG)
-
Experience using Git, CI/CD tools, and modern build pipelines
-
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
-
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
-
Experience mentoring, guiding, or leading engineers
-
A portfolio of shipped features, case studies, or notable engineering projects

Front-end performance optimization experience

Knowledge of micro-frontends

Experience contributing to or building design systems

Understanding of backend API integration patterns

Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, etc.

Experience working in product-centric organizations with strong cross-functional collaboration
