Position : Architect
Experience : 10+ years
Location : Guindy, Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:·
- Lead architectural design and planning for industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, PEB, and other project teams for integrated design.
- Develop designs based on client requirements, project specifications, and applicable building codes and standards.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Support design development, material selection, BOQ coordination, and project documentation from concept through execution.
