Key Responsibilities
- Teach Social Studies subjects for High School classes effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and assessments.
- Conduct class tests after completion of lessons and maintain academic records.
- Encourage analytical thinking, discussion, map skills, and project-based learning.
- Use blackboard/visual teaching methods effectively.
- Monitor student progress and provide remedial support where necessary.
- Maintain discipline and positive classroom environment.
- Participate in school academic activities, meetings, examinations, and events.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
- Support the school’s academic standards and institutional goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies/History/Geography/Political Science or related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and subject knowledge may also apply.
- Good English communication skills preferred.
