Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen distribution networks to achieve monthly sales targets across products, distributors, towns, and territory
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and fabricators in high-potential markets
- Expand market presence based on town-wise and population-based targets
- Plan and execute market visits as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, fabricators, carpenters, builders, contractors, and government bodies
- Analyze sales performance, distributor productivity, and market trends to drive improvement
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic initiatives to improve market penetration
- Ensure excellent after-sales service, address customer complaints, and follow up on payments
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit monthly sales and distributor reports on time
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors Degree (Minimum 50% marks)
- First Class (60% and above) in 10th & 12th is mandatory
Experience:
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales & distribution
- Experience in building materials industry preferred
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience may be considered for higher responsibilities
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Good analytical and numerical ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Fluency in local language along with Hindi and English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
