Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Designer with a strong command over visual storytelling, UI/UX design principles, and a pulse on the latest AI design technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media posts, videos, UI mockups, and innovative visual content that stands out and captures attention.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of design and video projects.
- Experience working in fast-paced creative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching social media creatives, digital posts, banners, ads, and promotional graphics.
- Create short-form and long-form videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics for various platforms.
- Design UI mockups and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Work closely with the marketing, development, and business analyst teams to understand design requirements.
- Utilize AI-based design tools to enhance creative output and improve efficiency.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
- Brainstorm and pitch innovative visual ideas and creative concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and especially in the AI space.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD)
- Figma – UI/UX design and prototyping
- Canva – for quick and collaborative designs
- Video editing tools – After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
- Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creativity and innovation
