Role Overview
We are hiring passionate and target-driven candidates for the role of Admission Counselor. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, handling leads, driving admissions, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Freshers and experienced candidates from EdTech, BPO, Telecalling, Banking, Insurance, Retail Sales, Customer Service, or any sales background can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain daily sales funnel and productivity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Google Sheets preferred.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- 0–5 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, BPO Sales, EdTech Sales, or similar customer-facing sales roles.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
